This is a gynecological instrument used for vaginal spreading, made of clear, disposable plastic. 

Speculums can be used to add realism to medical roleplay and/or kink scenes. Individuals who are contending with pelvic pain or discomfort may also choose to use speculums on themselves to become more comfortable with gynecological exams.
